Submission Guidelines

Articles

  1. The articles that you submit must be your own work.
  2. You must have the right to publish and/or redistribute the article submitted.
  3. An article should be at least 300 words in length.
  4. An article must have a resource box.
  5. Article MUST NOT contain information that is against the law and any information on hacking, support for religious/terroristic fanaticism, trademark infringement or illicit drugs.
  6. Articles must be spell-checked and proofread for grammatical errors prior to submitting.
  7. Article must use proper capitalization of titles and article content. All CAPS are not allowed for titles.
  8. Articles submitted must be free from spelling errors and bad grammar. Article submissions are monitored.
  9. Articles must be categorized and tagged properly.
  10. Anyone found abusing this directory, stuffing articles with links, and repeatedly violating our policies – may find their accounts closed and articles deleted.
  11. Submitting article at ArticleStockSite grant us the right to publish and/or redistribute it anywhere on our site, edit the article, and/or change its category settings without prior notice or any compensation on your part.
  12. Submitting article at ArticleStockSite grants other users the right to publish your article on their websites, in their newsletters or ezines, and more as long as the article is left in the original state. This includes the resource box which provides you credit as the author of the content.
  13. Submitting your articles to ArticleStockSite does not entitle you to any kind of compensation. In the future, we might work out a revenue sharing plan, but the details and logistics of such plan have not yet been worked out.
  14. ArticleStockSite does not guarantee inclusion of an article submitted in our directory. We reserve the right to reject, revise, edit, delete or accept an article submission and we are not oblige to explain our actions.
  15. Articles are reviewed and approved/rejected between 24 hours to 48 hours.
  16. Article authors without any submission will be purge regularly.

Links

  1. Affiliate/Referral links, links to OTO pages, URL redirections, and shortened URLs on the article body and resource box are not allowed. Create a page, if you must, on your own website to which you can place your affiliate links.
  2. Article MUST NOT link to inappropriate sites. Linking to sites such as adult-only, explicit, etc sites is not allowed. This includes but it is not limited to sales of trademark infringing items, knock offs, boot legs, internet gambling, wagering, online pharmacies, drugs, adult services, material that you should be 18 to see, etc
  3. Only 2 links are allowed. You may include one (1) link to a website on the body of your article and another link at the resource box.

These guidelines may be edited, revised or changed without prior notice. Author must read guidelines for every submission.
